SC7 can't read .mp4 files!!

Are you running Windows?  If so, and you allowed mp3tag to add a "shell
extension" on install, then simply right-click the directory containing
the offending files and select "mp3tag".

If you're on a mac there's a script for doing all of this
automatically, I think. A bit of forum/Google searching would find it.

Or type the path in the "Directory" box.

Then your files will show up in the right-hand pane.  There's loads of
options for changing what tags you're seeing by using View > Customize
Columns...

Simplest way to get cover art is to select the files that are missing
it and select Tag Sources > Amazon.com

Or highlight a rnage of files, right-click and hit extended tags.  Then
click the yellow star in the cover art tag box to browse for a suitable
jpeg (means you'll have to have downloaded it first)

Or from iTunes (and I'm doing this from memory) get the artwork viewer
to be displayed bottom left of the screen and toggle it by clicking
it's title bar so that it's showing you "selected files" and not "Now
playing" - then you can drag a jpeg etc into the box and it will bulk
tag them with an embedded pic.
