The short answer is no.
The squeezebox and its brethren, are designed to play your music
library stored on a computer through a hi-fi - and they do that
extremely well.
There are workarounds that will let you stream other sound output from
your computer to the squeezebox, but as I said, they are merely
workarounds, and so not the intended use.
