[SlimDevices: Beginners] Can a Squeezebox Duet function without an internet connection?

Sorry bpa, you misunderstood me. I have already downloaded SqueezeCentre
and was trying to set it up last night when I ran into the issue I
described: SqueezeCentre wanted me to register with SqueezeNetwork
before it would let me do anything.

I couldn't see a way to skip it last night. I would browse to where
SqueezeCentre is running and it would ask me to enter my SqueezeNetwork
user and complain that it couldn't connect to SqueezeNetwork and that I
needed to give it the IP of my proxy.

I'll have another look tonight to see if I can skip this part.
