[SlimDevices: Beginners] How to keep clock active?

Actually, I did not know that at the time, but figured it out last
night.  So the clock will only display if: (a) SS/SC is running, or (b)
SB is connected to SN.  My PC is set to sleep after a few hours of
inactivity so (a) isn't a solution.

Would be great to automatically switch to (b):

Settings > Power off state > Power off | Switch to SqueezeNetwork

Then again, I've read some other posts that suggest leaving the clock
on all the time causes burn-in on the display.
