[SlimDevices: Beginners] Anyone without problems?..

I sort of figured the controller was still using Wi-Fi, since there's no
wire connecting it to the box. Doesn't help with any of my issues,
though. 

While the box was hooked up by Ethernet, I tried refreshing the
firmware in the controller. It failed twice: got to about 3%, stalled,
and gave up.

I'm about to hit tech support now... we'll see if they have any ideas.
