Just download the version you want and run the installer. If you're
going forwards (i.e. 6.5->7.0) it will take care of everything for you.
If you're going backwards a minor revision (e.g. 7.0.1->7.0) then it
should be OK, if you're going backwards a long way (e.g. 7.0->6.5) I'd
recommend doing a clean install.
