Are you using iTunes to populate your Squeezecenter database?  If so,
artwork in iTunes is stored in an iTunes only format/folder system and
SC can't read it.

If so, you either need to use a specialist program or embed the artwork
into each music file in iTunes.  To embed the artwork, you need to use
Get Info in iTunes on a downloaded artwork (1 track), copy artwork,
then select all the album tracks and paste into the artwork box it
embeds the artwork and moves across to Squeezecenter 

iArt is a program that a lot of people talk about using to do the same
job, and is a lot quicker.  Lots of recent threads on this - have a
search.

If you're not using iTunes, can you tell us a bit more about the format
of artwork you are using?  Does it follow the requirements set out in
the wiki?
