I just got my Duet the other day and I'm very happy with it for music
but I am confused about bridging. One of the features I really liked
was the ability to connect another wired-only device in my
entertainment center to my wireless network. I have a Blu-ray player
(Pioneer BDP-95FD) that can stream from the PC and I was planning to
connect it to the SBR but I haven't found anything in the downloadable
manual about how to do it. The closest I found was a section on the
Wiki about network configurations with a link to a thread in the
developers forum about a UDAP utility that was very
complicated-sounding.
So my question is whether there is a reasonably simple way to
accomplish my goal of connecting an ethernet cable from the SBR to my
Blu-ray player so I can stream videos to the TV. I don't know if it
matters, but the player is "DLNA Certified". All of the major
advertisers that I checked mention this feature fairly prominently and
I was surprised not to find something about it in the manual.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
