[SlimDevices: Beginners] Extracting FLAC's

Hi,

First question, so please be gentle. I have recieved several data DVD's
with FLAC files on.... and no they are not illegal rips - bootleg
concerts to be exact. I can play them on Foobar and WMP 11, but want to
copy them to my HDD to play through my SB3. Is it as straight forward as
copy and paste, or more complicated than that? I know through searching
through various forums, people are very particular about the integrity
of FLAC's, so I want to make sure I do the right thing.
