[SlimDevices: Beginners] Podcasting mp4's

Hi guys,

I've been playing with SqueezeCentre 7.10 and SmoothSqueeze with a view
to buying the Duet in the next week or two (love it!).

I've setup SC under OpenSUSE 11 with all the extras, have enabled AAC
and WMV  and it all works really well with my built in collection.

Problem is it all goes strange when I try to play a podcast that is not
in mp3 format.

I understand that SC will stream the podcast directly from the URL so I
am guessing that it is a limitation of SmoothSqueeze as SC will not
transcode the URL before sending it?

I need to be sure that the Duet will play m4a or mp4 podcasts with no
problems before I put down some cash.

Playing these files from my collection is fine if I download them first
but not the most convenient setup. 

Other than that I really love the idea of the product.
