[SlimDevices: Beginners] running squeezecenter from source code

Installing from a repository includes a nice installer which creates the
SqueezeCenter user, but also bundles all of the required perl modules as
well as a preconfigured MySQL.  Installing from the tarball requires you
run the build-perl-modules.pl script, make sure all file permissions for
your SqueezeCenter directory, and does NOT include a preconfigured
MySQL.
