Hi Flipflip,

I'm willing to help.  I've got lots of Chinese music which I play on my
SB.

I use itunes to rip and encode, to apple lossless.  However, in order
for it to be discovered by SlimServer I needed to use Tag&Rename to
rename them to very basic filenames (without chinese characters), then
rename the folders (manually) since they also must not contain
characters in order for the files to be discovered.

I can send you files with the raw filenames ex itunes, and with the
modified filenames which are discoverable by slimserver.

I'm using english windows but have installed the support for east asian
characters.

If you can work under these arrangments I'll be pleased to provide the
files.  

PS. I don't have a diskstation yet.
