[SlimDevices: 3rd-party-hardware] SB3 can see QNAP but PC cant!

I have reset my wifi system with a new router. I set it all up, and  as
far as the Squeezebox goes it works fine. 

However I can't access my QNAP from the browser on my PC or via the 
control panel. 

If I run the utility it says Slimserver is there at 192.168.0.103 but
when I try that in the browser it can't find it.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
